Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance through planning and execution; grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team; foster internal partnerships and community involvement.
• Manage client experiences with technology-enabled solutions and proactive advisory support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies; manage risk.
