Job summary

Ott, an Ott company in Austin, Texas, seeks a Branch Manager to lead growth, build customer partnerships, and develop a high-impact team delivering exceptional service. You will shape strategy, optimize operations, and drive revenue across environmental, industrial, and construction markets.

You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate with a leadership team to expand Ajax Rentals’ footprint in Central Texas while growing your career within Veralto’s network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in branch management, operations, sales management, or related industries.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving profitability.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, KPI, and performance management experience.
• Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to balance commercial growth with operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience in industrial, environmental, rental, construction, water, instrumentation, or related industries with CRM/ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by winning new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
• Help customers solve challenges across environmental, industrial, utility, and construction markets.
• Be the regional face through customer engagement and networking.
• Lead day-to-day branch operations to deliver a seamless customer experience with value-added solutions.
• Drive branch performance by improving revenue, profitability, and equipment utilization and monitoring metrics.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained, and delivered per standards.
