Job summary

Ajax Rentals, part of Ott and the Veralto family, is seeking a Branch Manager in Central Texas. You will grow the business, build strong customer partnerships, and lead a talented team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in branch management or related roles.
Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability.
Strong business acumen with budgets and KPIs experience.
Experience coaching high-performing teams and building partnerships.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Balance commercial growth with operational excellence.
Experience in industrial, environmental, rental, construction or related industries with CRM/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by winning new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
Lead day-to-day branch operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Improve revenue, profitability and equipment utilization, monitoring metrics.
Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Foster teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, safety and service.
Ensure rental equipment is inspected, maintained, and delivered per standards.
Partner with leadership to shape strategy and support long-term growth.
Engage with customers and industry networks to strengthen the brand in Central Texas.
Collaborate with the General Manager and travel as needed to meet customers.
