Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Concord, CA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintain merchandising standards, and help achieve sales and productivity goals.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on inventory, scheduling, and compliance, while promoting the Miniso mission and values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
