Check Into Cash in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and support financial services for customers. You will drive sales, manage accounts, and mentor team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of transactions, process loans, pawns, and check cashing.
• Complete daily outreach campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery to prevent loss and improve loyalty.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and drive in-store safety and compliance.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives and support training when needed.
• Work full-time including weekends with in-person attendance.
