You will train and coach staff to provide outstanding customer service, grow store business through strong relationships, and ensure smooth operations while aligning with company standards and goals.

• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
