Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a unique customer experience.

You will help create a clean, exciting store and lead by example to foster exceptional service. You will build relationships, develop staff, and execute duties to meet individual and store sales goals while rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.
