• Develop and coach the store team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Partner with Store Manager to execute growth strategies and communicate goals.
• Oversee payroll, inventory control, cash handling and store procedures.
• Lead merchandising and visual standards to ensure timely product presentation.
• Represent the company in the Store Manager's absence and maintain operations.
