Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Orlando is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead a dynamic store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, resolve issues, and assist with training on LSCO culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention.

You will partner with management to meet sales goals and maintain store standards. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong leadership, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver high-energy customer experiences.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and drive sales performance.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandising, shipments, floor sets, and inventory tasks.
• Provide formal performance feedback in collaboration with store leadership.
