You will manage payroll, cash handling, inventory, opening/closing routines, and loss prevention while mentoring employees and recruiting new hires. A high school diploma and 3+ years retail leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Ability to manage payroll, cash handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and flex store business strategies with Store Manager; track performance to meet goals.
• Lead training for new hires on LS&CO culture, service practices, loss prevention and store policies.
• Support performance management, provide feedback, and recruit for positions.
• Ensure policy compliance; manage payroll, cash handling and inventory control.
• Lead merchandising to meet visual standards and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate strategies to the team; foster inclusion and engagement.
• Create a high-energy store experience, coach sales training, and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain upkeep of the store and supervise team in management’s absence.
