Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise flow including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms and merchandise presentation follow store direction.
• Maintain cash handling integrity; supervise refunds and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
