Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Jefferson City, MO to support customers with financial services, lead a team, and drive store performance. The ASM will oversee risk, accounts, and daily operations while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or retail with supervisory exposure, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service/sales/retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS, office software, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties outside the office including on-site appraisals and marketing.
• Support leadership to meet performance standards and compliance.
