Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate resources across projects.
• Experience supporting PMs in planning, budgeting, procurement and execution.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction methods, codes and safety standards.
• Proficiency in scheduling, document control, reporting, contracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
• Address on-site challenges and escape issues when needed.
