KBP Brands, the parent company of KFC franchised KBP Foods, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams at KBP Foods locations. The role focuses on people, operations, and guest experience while preparing for future general manager opportunities.

You will develop leadership skills, influence performance, and drive profitability with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. The position offers training, comprehensive benefits, and growth within a nationwide restaurant

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
