Taco Bell in Swansea, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering memorable customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, training, recognizing achievement, and stepping in to run daily operations when the GM is away.

This role is a 50-hour work week with bonus potential, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Ensure training and resources for all employees.
• Uphold health and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment and hiring with equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence and food safety standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Manage cash control, inventory, and labor to support profits.
• Review financial reports and act to optimize performance.
