Neumo seeks a Growth / AI Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from market research through to a go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into prototypes built with Claude Code and Neumo’s design system.

You’ll own end-to-end development, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and design-system components to create high-fidelity prototypes, validate ideas with real or synthetic data,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management (B2B software preferred).
• 2+ years of experience being technical or technically conversant with platform technologies.
• Experience with SaaS platform services and AI-assisted coding tools to build prototypes or ship code.
• Experience with design systems (Figma, Storybook) and front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience with AI tools for research, documentation, and day-to-day product work.
• Experience with growth analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience in government technology at state/local level preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the product lifecycle from market research to go-to-market strategy.
• Identify customer issues, develop prototypes, drive pilots.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to build high-fidelity prototypes from design system components.
• Treat prototypes as primary artifacts to align engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Rapidly test concepts with data, wiring lightweight backends or API calls as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate prototypes into production-ready implementations.
• Understand costs and sustainability to maintain margin-expanding products.
• Engage with customers across markets to gather feedback and adjust prototypes.
