State Farm Agent Team Member in Bardstown is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide friendly service while building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles or matching customers with appropriate products.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required or in progress.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about policy availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust.
