Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Program Management Director to lead large, high-profile capital programs nationwide. This full-time role focuses on strategic pursuits and program delivery in major U.S. cities, with programs often exceeding $1 billion in investment.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage design, construction, and client relationships, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams, leveraging extensive program management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related work experience in project/program management.
• Experience delivering small to medium programs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing a successful sales technique strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and direction of programs.
• Manage capital planning, design, engineering, and construction phases.
• Lead the program team and develop strategy/roadmap for objectives.
• Support team development and delivery excellence.
• Lead decision-making processes aligning with policies.
• Recommend solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
• Implement financial controls, scheduling, risk, quality, and performance metrics.
• Lead change management and corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Monitor program performance and identify improvement areas.
• Engage with client senior leaders and public officials.
• Adapt to evolving needs and assignments.
