Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Program Management Director to lead large, high‑profile capital programs nationwide and support strategic pursuits. You will oversee programs exceeding $1 billion and coordinate design, engineering, and construction across major cities in the U.S.

The role emphasizes leadership of cross‑functional teams, program controls, risk and change management, and strong client service with senior stakeholders. This is a full‑time opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 15 years of related work experience in project management, program management or related field.
• Proven experience in successfully planning, delivering and executing small and medium programs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management is preferred and a Professional Engineering license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and direction of programs or large projects.
• Manage program resources and develop strategy and roadmap to achieve objectives.
• Lead the program team and ensure alignment with client goals and organizational policies.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
