Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 15 years of related work experience in project management, program management or related field.
• Proven experience in successfully planning, delivering and executing small and medium programs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management is preferred and a Professional Engineering license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and direction of programs or large projects.
• Manage program resources and develop strategy and roadmap to achieve objectives.
• Lead the program team and ensure alignment with client goals and organizational policies.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster client relationships with senior leaders and government stakeholders.
