4flow, Inc. is seeking a Director of SAP EWM & Supply Chain Consulting to lead growth, shape opportunities, and drive revenue while building a startup-style SAP EWM practice within a fast-moving environment.

You will own the end-to-end commercial cycle, lead discovery and value-based proposals, and partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Ideal candidates combine credible SAP EWM leadership with consultative selling and a track record of scaling a practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with 5+ years leading SAP EWM programs.
• Proven success in presales, solution selling, and closing services deals.
• Deep expertise in SAP supply chain execution across EWM, TM, MM, SD, PP.
• Strong skills in value engineering and executive storytelling.
• Thrives in a high-autonomy, fast-paced startup-style environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for SAP EWM and supply chain services by building pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for SAP EWM offerings.
• Lead new logo acquisition and account expansion through proactive outreach and executive conversations.
• Run discovery workshops and value assessments with prospects to identify pain points and quantify business value.
• Create compelling commercial narratives linking warehouse outcomes to measurable financial impact.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses, and deal orchestration including pricing and SOW negotiation.
• Deliver client-facing demos and solution presentations that connect SAP EWM to business outcomes.
• Build repeatable sales assets (pitch decks, case studies, accelerators).
• Partner with sales leadership on pipeline reviews, forecasting, and win strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for SAP EWM projects with alignment to scope and value outcomes.
• Provide functional and architectural guidance for SAP EWM integration with TM, MM, SD, PP.
• Improve delivery methods via templates, playbooks, and quality gates.
• Build SAP EWM practice by defining offerings, packaging, differentiation, and partner alignment.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting talent; drive high performance and customer outcomes.
• Stay current on SAP roadmap and market trends and translate to market-facing offers.
