Job summary

Claddagh Resources is seeking a senior SAP leader to serve as Program Director for Enterprise Warehouse Management engagements in North America. You will lead end-to-end S/4HANA EWM programs, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-lives, while partnering with sales on RFPs and discovery workshops for new pursuits.

The role combines delivery leadership with business development, guiding teams of 20+ resources and interfacing with client executives to translate complex SAP

Qualifications

• Recent experience at a top-tier global consulting or professional services firm.
• Minimum of 10 years of transformational ERP consulting experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Project Manager on multi-module programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, owning design and delivery quality.
• Serve as senior SME bridging supply chain business processes and SAP technology.
• Facilitate blueprinting, discovery, and Fit/Gap workshops with stakeholders.
• Drive business development and pursuit activity for ERP and supply chain transformations.
• Manage delivery teams of 20+ resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Provide guidance on warehouse, distribution, and transportation best practices.
