Job summary

Claddagh Resources is seeking a senior SAP leader to serve as Program Director for Enterprise Warehouse Management engagements in North America. You will lead end-to-end S/4HANA EWM programs, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-lives, while partnering with sales on RFPs and discovery workshops for new pursuits.

The role combines delivery leadership with business development, guiding teams of 20+ resources and interfacing with client executives to translate complex SAP

Qualifications

• Recent experience at a top-tier global consulting or professional services firm.
• Minimum of 10 years of transformational ERP consulting experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Project Manager on multi-module programs.

SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management Program Director

United States |Permanent / Full-Time (W2) | Up to 100% Travel

About the Opportunity

A global IT services and consulting firm is seeking a senior SAP leader to serve as Program Director for Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) engagements across its North American client portfolio. This is a client-facing, delivery-anchored leadership role with embedded business development responsibility — ideal for a seasoned SAP practitioner who can run the room with clients, architect the S/4HANA EWM solution, and help shape the next wave of pursuits.

You will lead the design and implementation of complex S/4HANA EWM programs end-to-end — blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live — while also partnering with sales and pre-sales on RFPs, orals, and discovery workshops for new pursuits in supply chain and warehouse transformation.

What You Will Do

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, owning functional design, configuration, and delivery quality across multi-module programs.
• Serve as the senior SME bridging supply chain business process and SAP technology — translating operational requirements into the right S/4HANA EWM solution.
• Facilitate blueprinting, discovery, and Fit/Gap workshops with client stakeholders; lead design decisions on WM vs. S/4HANA EWM and Decentralized vs. embedded EWM deployment models.
• Drive business development and pursuit activity for complex ERP and supply chain transformations — leading RFP responses, business cases, and oral presentations.
• Manage delivery teams of up to 20+ resources, setting standards, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Provide guidance on warehouse, distribution, and transportation best practices, including integration with material handling systems, SAP Console, and ITSMobile.
• Partner with client executives as a trusted advisor — communicating complex technical decisions in business language across all levels.

What You Bring

• Recent (within the past 5 years) experience at a top-tier global consulting or professional services firm — such as Deloitte, Accenture, IBM Consulting, Capgemini, KPMG, EY, or PwC. This is a firm requirement for this role.
• A minimum of 10 years of transformational ERP consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience).
• At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Project Manager on multi-module programs (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
• Deep functional command of SAP S/4HANA EWM, including differences between WM and S/4HANA EWM and between Decentralized EWM and embedded S/4HANA EWM.
• 6+ years of proposal and business case development experience, with demonstrated ability to drive RFPs and pursuit activity.
• Experience leading and managing engagement teams of 20+ resources.
• Strong warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business process knowledge; APICS certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to client locations.
