Job summary

Keller Williams Realty Portfolio Collection in Belleair, FL is seeking a Director of Growth to lead recruiting efforts and support agent success in our in-office setting. You’ll drive conversations with prospective agents, build lasting relationships, and work alongside the Team Leader to grow our brokerage.

This is a recruiting-first leadership role focused on meeting measurable goals, developing pipelines, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, real estate, or leadership.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet measurable recruiting goals.
• Comfortable using CRM to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent recruiting pipeline through prospecting, appointments, consultations, and follow-up.
• Lead recruiting conversations and communicate our value proposition.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and a rolling 90-day pipeline forecast.
• Host weekly real estate career events and KSCORE real estate school interest sessions.
• Help newly affiliated agents develop business plans and connect with coaching resources.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen agent engagement and retention.
