Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medicaid/LTSS-focused healthcare business development or payer contracting.
• Deep relationships with New York home care agencies and LTSS providers.
• Proven track record of referral-driven growth and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the New York market growth strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and expand a robust referral network of home care agencies, LTSS providers, and community orgs.
• Own and manage a personal book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Lead provider relationships and contract onboarding with internal teams.
• Track performance metrics and report to CSO and senior leadership.
