Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desired; minimum 10 years in progressive responsibility in marketing and sales for medical product lines.
Experience in ISO manufacturing is a plus.
Good knowledge of, and extensive contacts in, the Medical Device industry.
Demonstrated sales growth and demonstrated sales closing ability.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and gross profit goals for Manufacturing, Engineering, and QA/RA services.
Establish business development structure and processes in compliance with medical device standards/regulations.
Develop sales, marketing and advertising strategies and budgets.
Assist with projects and priorities to meet customer deadlines.
Pricing strategy and maintenance.
Screen potential projects for suitability and profitability.
Coordinate efforts of Business Development, Engineering, Operations, QA/RA and Senior Management in the sales process.
