Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a results-oriented business development leader to grow Medicare services in the assigned division. You will forecast demand, identify opportunities, and support field teams to increase referrals and admissions.

Represent the company to professional contacts, monitor program execution, and maintain relationships to strengthen market presence while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice operations preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice.
• Basic technology skills including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and implementation of business development within the division and attainable forecasting.
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Represent the company to professional contacts regarding Medicare services available.
• Monitor program execution and service provision; manage program tenets and relationships to drive growth.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to strengthen market presence using marketing collateral.
