Job summary

Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to expand the firm’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practice in Connecticut and New England. The role emphasizes relationship-led growth, consulting with technical teams, and turning client challenges into value delivery across EHS, permitting, auditing and risk management.

Responsibilities

Drive new client acquisition and support growth in new clients and opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies for Environment, Health & Safety / EHS services.
Identify opportunities with state/local government, industrial, and regulated clients.
Build relationships with decision-makers across environmental, facilities, operations and leadership teams.
Generate and qualify warm leads to support growth goals.
Research potential clients, competitors, market dynamics and EHS trends.
Support RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development.
