Rune Technologies is redefining military logistics by growing new business opportunities in the U.S. Navy sector. As part of the Growth team, you’ll lead capture efforts, coordinate with engineering and mission teams, and position TyrOS for Program of Record opportunities.

You will build relationships with government stakeholders, manage a multi-stage pipeline from lead to contract award, and drive proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiations. Willingness to travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in defense business development or sales.
• Active U.S. secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel 25–50%.
• Strong communication with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Growth and work with CEO to drive top-line growth in the U.S. Navy.
• Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities with the U.S. Navy and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and initiatives.
• Represent Rune at events to showcase TyrOS and gather user feedback.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across military logistics to enable capture efforts.
• Oversee a business development pipeline from lead to contract award.
• Lead proposal development, including RFP responses, pricing, and negotiations.
