We seek professionals who understand military operations, can navigate government decision processes, and advocate high-tech solutions that empower warfighters and national security. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the defense technology sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have an active U.S. secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Growth and work with CEO to drive top-line growth within the U.S. Navy.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the U.S. Navy directly and via partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and mission success teams to align goals.
• Represent Rune at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings to showcase TyrOS capabilities and gather feedback.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across military logistics to enable capture efforts.
• Oversee a business development pipeline from lead generation to final contract award.
• Lead proposal development, including RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
