Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading acquisition, growth, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle strategies.
• 5+ years in a bank, fintech, online lender, or other regulated financial services organization.
• Experience marketing lending products (SMB loans, lines of credit, commercial or consumer lending).
• Experience leveraging data, AI, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition strategy and marketing roadmap across lending products.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEM, paid social, affiliates, SEO, display).
• Manage budgets to achieve growth, efficiency, and ROI objectives.
• Improve the borrower journey and optimize conversion through analytics and CRO.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.
