Syenex, Inc is seeking an Associate Director of Growth to own marketing, brand, and digital presence as the company scales in cell and gene therapy.

You'll build Syenex's content strategy, campaigns, and events, collaborating with the Head of Commercial and scientific teams to create measurable impact across channels. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a small, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related commercial role.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing execution: content creation, email marketing, LinkedIn/social campaigns, and brand or visual design.
• Experience planning and running in-person events and conferences, including logistics and on-site execution.
• Working fluency with marketing tools - CRM/marketing automation platforms, email platforms, design tools, and analytics/reporting tools.
• Fluency with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiency, and enthusiasm for adopting new ones as they emerge.

Responsibilities

• Produce Syenex's content and collateral in line with marketing strategy and across channels—updating website copy, curating technical/blog content, social media, email, and conference collateral.
• Plan, design, and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead conference and event logistics—planning private events, conference presence, and coordinating registration, shipping, staffing, and scheduling.
• Setup and deploy marketing events (webinars, dinners, user-group meetups) for target accounts.
• Own marketing technology stack—evaluating, implementing, and managing CRM/marketing automation, email platforms, design tools, and analytics.
