Job summary

Synthego, a leader in CRISPR biotechnology, is seeking an Associate Product Marketer in San Francisco to drive growth for existing solutions and emerging products. You will collaborate with marketing, product management, and R&D to develop positioning, messaging, and content for campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

You will craft web content, case studies, and use cases, while supporting product launches and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in life sciences or related field; strong writing skills required.
• 1+ years in product marketing / product management / technical support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gene editing technology and molecular biology workflows.
• Understanding of customer needs in drug discovery and life sciences research.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans, content, and campaigns to drive growth and support launches.
• Create product positioning, messaging, and use cases for target customers.
• Write web content, articles, and case studies to boost visibility and engagement.
• Support campaigns with digital marketing, web pages, ads, social media, and events.
• Provide sales tools, training, and market expertise to enable positioning and selling.
• Track KPIs/OKRs and report marketing performance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, content, and workflows.
• Coordinate live/tradeshow events as needed.
