Job summary

Constructable, Inc. in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Director of Business Development & Marketing to shape growth strategy, own the revenue cycle from market positioning to closing contracts, and lead a high-performance BD/Marketing team.

This role partners with the CEO, targets Energy, Oil & Gas, Data Centers, and Industrial markets, builds a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and aligns pursuits with capacity while driving brand and demand generation across channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B business development and/or marketing in industrial construction or capital projects.
• 5+ years leading and developing BD/marketing teams.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience with RFPs, bids, and negotiated contracts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual BD and marketing plan aligned with revenue and market goals.
• Lead BD and marketing teams, set goals, KPIs, and pipeline reviews.
• Source and lead strategic, high-value pursuits through executive networking and industry events.
• Oversee full sales process from lead qualification to contract execution.
• Direct branding, marketing strategy, website, content, and campaigns.
