Job summary

Clay is seeking a senior-staff growth designer to lead a dedicated growth pod. You will turn growth hypotheses into experiments and durable product experiences, embedding within the pod while also serving as a trusted consultant to other teams.

You will build flexible patterns that scale experimentation across the org, transforming processes into reusable design systems. You will advance evidence-driven decision making, synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals, and drive alignment with

Qualifications

• You've shipped experiments in a growth or product-led growth context and understand funnels and activation loops.
• You're comfortable using both quantitative (analytics, funnels) and qualitative data to shape decisions.
• You can embed in a pod and also advise other teams, influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Ship growth experiments with PM/EM, across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Drive evidence-informed prioritization by synthesizing data and insights.
• Align stakeholders across PM, Eng, and leadership for short-term wins and long-term systems.
• Build scalable systems and patterns to enable rapid, repeatable experiments.
• Act as growth consultant to other teams, providing frameworks and guidance.
