Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the designers across Mercury’s Growth organization, providing context, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape Growth strategy and high‑leverage opportunities.
• Turn intuition into learning through experimentation, customer insight, and business results.
• Raise the quality bar across experiences from Mercury’s public presence to conversion, activation, virality, and customer experience.
• Create clarity in an inherently ambiguous space and decide which problems matter and how to execute well.
• Build scalable design systems and operating practices that preserve judgment and creativity while moving fast.
• Grow the team thoughtfully, maintaining a high bar as the organization expands.
