Job summary

RealDefense is seeking a Data Scientist, Growth to build analytics from the ground up. You will quantify what moves lifetime value and own the production sBG model, monitoring drift and cohort shifts to maintain forecast accuracy.

You will partner with Marketing and Product to design tests, interpret results for executives, and raise the analytical bar across the team with clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, retention, growth, or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to validate multi-source data.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Measure how product launches, pricing, and media mix affect LTV, retention, and revenue.
• Own production sBG model, monitor drift and cohort shifts, and flag issues.
• Design tests with clear hypotheses and interpret results for non-technical audiences.
• Turn analyses into actionable recommendations for executives.
