Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Data Engineer on the RTM Growth team to own pipelines, models, and datasets powering user acquisition across our AI-native productivity platform. You will collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing, and Data Science to turn raw signals into reliable, decision-grade data.

As a growth-focused data role in a compound startup, you’ll shape growth metrics and build data products that scale with the business, aligning with our two-hubs strategy and hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and operating production data pipelines and data platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with Spark experience.
• Experience with modern lakehouse/cloud data warehouses (Databricks/Snowflake).
• Experience supporting ML workflows and feature pipelines.
• Strong data modeling, quality, and observability practices.
• Experience with CI/CD for data (e.g., Airflow, Databricks Workflows).
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and collaborating across Growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines powering ad bidding and paid acquisition optimization.
• Build and maintain feature and training datasets for ML models.
• Develop measurement, attribution, and experimentation data layer for web and landing pages.
• Model growth and marketing data into reusable tables for self-serve analysis.
• Own data quality, freshness, and reliability with monitoring and alerts.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Analytics Eng, and Data Science to translate business questions into data models.
• Improve performance, cost efficiency, and developer experience of the growth data platform.
