Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a senior growth creative to own paid creative end-to-end with a learnings-first mindset. You will design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, aiming for durable insights that inform experiments.

You will build a living library of creative intelligence and document learnings to inform work and decisions. You’ll partner with Growth and Data, translating performance signals into creative direction and elevating

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience, with growth/paid acquisition emphasis.
• Direct hands-on paid ads experience across Meta/Google/TikTok.
• Growth team background and test-learn-iterate mindset.
• Process- and problem-obsessed approach to optimization.
• Interest in new technology and scalable systems.
• Strong ability to document and synthesize insights.
• Fluent with platform partners (Meta/Google/TikTok).
