Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Growth Creative Lead to own the visual development of evergreen campaigns from concept through production. You will direct art, work hands-on, and collaborate with strategy, brand, and production partners to scale high-performance creative across channels.

You should bring 7+ years of art direction and design craft, be fluent in both short and long-form storytelling, and have a maker mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strong art direction and design craft across social-first video and digital campaigns.
• Maker with ability to develop ideas, create or prototype parts, and guide through production.
• Experience directing creators, designers, editors, agencies, and production partners with actionable feedback.
• Genuine interest in interiors and design to make spaces and products compelling on screen.
• Fluency in short and long-form storytelling with channel-aware approaches.
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and using results to improve work and scale ideas.
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles maker/creator landscape to collaborate with talent.

Responsibilities

• Concept, make, and art direct creative across paid ads, organic social, email, and website.
• Partner with Creative Strategy to turn insights into repeatable content series and tests.
• Use performance metrics to refine ideas and scale successful campaigns.
• Translate interiors and design perspectives into stories that feel desirable and believable.
