Job summary

Ruggable is building an evergreen creative dream team and seeks a Growth Creative Lead with strong art direction to turn customer insights into compelling stories across paid, organic, email, and web channels.

You’ll lead visual development from concept through production and work hands-on with creators, directing teams and giving clear feedback to achieve scalable, room-worthy campaigns in a fast-growing ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strong art direction and design craft.
• Highly skilled in Figma.
• A maker’s mindset and ability to prototype parts of ideas.
• Experience directing creators, designers, editors, and production partners.
• A genuine interest in interiors and design for on-screen storytelling.
• Fluency in short and long-form storytelling across channels.
• Understanding creative performance metrics to scale promising ideas.
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles maker and creator landscape.

Responsibilities

• Concept, make, and art direct creative across paid advertising, organic social, email, and website.
• Partner with Creative Strategy to turn insights into repeatable content series and tests.
• Use performance metrics to improve work and scale products gaining traction.
• Lead visual development from concept through shoot, edit, sound, and delivery.
• Guide designers, editors, creators, and production partners through execution.
• Collaborate with Brand to stage rooms and props for shoots or CGI initiatives.
