Ruggable is seeking a Senior Scriptwriter/Storyteller to craft compelling narratives across paid ads, organic social, email, and site experiences. You’ll partner with the Growth Creative Lead to shape ideas, write scripts for various formats, and ensure the voice stays authentic to each creator.

You’ll translate insights into repeatable content and help guide production decisions. You’ll write for short-form hooks and longer stories, ensuring the human story shines through product benefits, with

Competenze

5+ years of experience in advertising/video content creation.
Portfolio of finished video work with sharp short-form hooks and stories.
Experience taking an idea from insight through concept, script, production, edit, and review.
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging formats.

Mansioni

Lead story and script development for evergreen paid advertising and organic social, from concept through final edit.
Partner with Growth Creative Lead and Creative Strategist to turn insights into creative territories and series.
Write scripts for creator-led, produced, short-form, and long-form video; balance words with creator room.
Extract human stories from product contexts and craft clear benefits without turning every piece into a demo.
Develop story structures, interview questions, prompts, and briefs to sustain strong ideas across shoots.
