Job summary

Vizzy Labs is building Taplot, an interactive AI-driven film/game platform. We seek a growth-focused marketer to own NA campaigns, craft hooks, and run AI-powered creatives. You’ll test dozens of variants weekly and scale through creators and UGC partnerships.

You’ll feed insights back to writers and designers to improve genres and openings, turning insights into a repeatable growth playbook for Taplot’s expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience driving consumer growth for apps or interactive content.
• Ability to edit and craft hooks, scripts and variations for creatives using AI tools.
• Fast experiment cycles with clear write-ups and learnings.

Responsibilities

• Own North America consumer growth across TikTok, Meta and Google (CPI, CTR, retention, ROAS).
• Create and test multiple creatives weekly, refining based on performance.
• Develop growth through creators/UGC partnerships and optimize Spark Ads and related formats.
• Feedback learnings to writers/designers and the AI creation pipeline to improve genres and openings.

Vizzy Labs builds Taplot (taplot.ai), where anyone can make and play AI interactive films and games: playable series that hook like short drama and hold you like a game. We're backed by a top-tier US fund and part of a Sequoia program in North America; the founding team comes from Stanford, TikTok and Google.

This category is new and almost nobody is bidding on this audience yet. We want someone who can both buy traffic and make the creatives, and take Taplot from its first players to millions.

What you'll do

• Own North America consumer growth across TikTok, Meta and Google: CPI, CTR, D1/D7 retention, payers and ROAS.
• Make the creatives yourself: cut hooks from our series, spin variants with AI video tools, test dozens a week, and keep what wins.
• Grow through creators and UGC: creator partnerships, boosting the best creator-made series (Spark Ads and similar), so growth comes from content, not only spend.
• Feed what you learn back to writers, designers and our AI creation pipeline: which genres, openings and choices make people click and stay.
• Turn it into a repeatable growth playbook.

What we look for

• Growth or UA experience on a consumer app: short drama, mobile or mini games, interactive stories, social or AI. Bring numbers you moved.
• You make creatives yourself: editing, scripting hooks, AI video or image tools.
• Fast experiment loops and clear write-ups.
• Content taste: you know why people click, stay and share.

Nice to have

• North America UA for ReelShort, DramaBox, Episode, Chapters or similar.
• Creator or influencer program experience.
• English + Mandarin Chinese (the team works in both).
