Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Bidbus is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup helping people sell their cars to dealerships through a 2-hour live auction. We're scaling quickly — growing our paid media budget from 5-figure to 6-figure monthly spend, with a sharp focus on local market performance (starting in LA and the Bay Area).

We’re hiring a Growth Creative Lead to fully own both paid content and campaign execution. You’ll concept, create, launch, and optimize UGC-style video ads across Meta and TikTok — and build a creative system that scales.

We’re hiring a Growth Creative Lead to fully own both paid content and campaign execution. You’ll concept, create, launch, and optimize UGC-style video ads across Meta and TikTok — and build a creative system that scales.

What You’ll Own
  • Script, film, edit, and launch short-form video ads (15–30s)
  • Manage and optimize Meta/TikTok campaigns directly
  • Run 5–10 creative tests per week — iterate by hook, CTA, offer
  • Track performance: CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop rate, hold rate
  • Maintain an organized ad library and testing tracker
  • Source creators (or be one) to move fast and reduce turnaround
  • Help scale our paid engine from 5-figure to 6-figure monthly spend
Must-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience running paid social (Meta/TikTok)
  • Strong video production skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, etc.)
  • Knows how to use performance data to drive iteration
  • Can execute full creative loops solo — script → launch → iterate

  • You've built creative testing systems (naming, tracking, asset libraries)
  • You’ve worked with ecom, marketplace, or C2B brands
  • You’re comfortable being on camera or directing creators
  • You’ve managed editors, actors, or freelancers and moved fast without drama
  • You think like a performance marketer and execute like a content machine
