Job summary

R3 LLC is seeking a Controller to lead our accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and scale our financial operations as we grow. The role demands strong GAAP knowledge, process improvement mindset, and experience managing offshore resources.

The successful candidate will oversee GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and internal controls, while partnering with operations to drive financial visibility and automation across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Deltek, SAP preferably Unanet).
• Prior experience in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of services-based accounting models.
• Proven experience managing offshore accounting resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop accounting staff, including offshore resources.
• Oversee GL integrity, month-end close, AP/AR and billing operations.
• Ensure revenue recognition accuracy in project-based or time & materials environments.
• Improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization.
