Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a Growth & Community Manager to build strategic partnerships with builders, designers, realtors, and community leaders. You will create lead-generation campaigns and manage marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand recognition across the Treasure Valley.

You’ll build relationships with builders, interior designers, realtors, remodelers, and community leaders. You’ll create marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads. You’ll represent Budget Blinds throughout the Treasure Valley while helping us become the most recognized and trusted name in custom window coverings.

Working Environment

This is a dynamic role that blends office work with community involvement. Some days you'll be developing marketing campaigns in the office. Other days you'll be meeting with builders, attending networking events, visiting referral partners, or representing Budget Blinds at community events. Every week brings new opportunities to build relationships and grow the business.
