Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking an Experienced Window Covering Installer to join our team. You’ll install blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized systems in homes across the Treasure Valley, delivering precise craftsmanship and outstanding customer experiences.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay $20–$26 plus performance incentives and a 3% IRA match, plus benefits and opportunities for training and career growth.

We install custom window coverings that transform homes throughout the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and specialty products.

Working Environment

You’ll spend most of your day on the road visiting customers throughout the Treasure Valley. Every day is different. One morning you may be installing motorized shades in a luxury home, and that afternoon you could be hanging custom shutters or drapery in a new construction project. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and seeing immediate results from your work, you’ll love this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Window covering installation experience preferred.
• Strong carpentry, finish construction, or handyman skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work on ladders.
