Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking an experienced Window Covering Installer to install blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized products in Treasure Valley homes. You will troubleshoot challenges, protect homes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Window Covering Installer (experienced) – Job Posting

$20–26/hour + Performance Incentives + 3% IRA Match

What You'll Do

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and specialty products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Protect customers' homes with professionalism and care.
• Work alongside one of the most respected installation teams in the Treasure Valley.
• Help train and mentor future installers.

Working Environment

You'll spend most of your day on the road visiting customers throughout the Treasure Valley. Every day is different. One morning you may be installing motorized shades in a luxury home, and that afternoon you could be hanging custom shutters or drapery in a new construction project. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and seeing immediate results from your work, you'll love this role.
