Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Cross-border E-commerce Product Operations Intern for a 2026 start in Seattle. You will support promotion campaigns, GTM materials, and day-to-day operations tracking while learning how cross-border product operations work in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with merchant teams, central platform groups, and product engineers to organize FAQs, training materials, and performance metrics, contributing to process improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in the specified fields.
• Interest in cross-border e-commerce and merchant operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multi-team coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong information organization and problem analysis.
• Proficient in document drafting, data organization, and Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok Shop promotion and campaign product operations, including GTM material preparation and day-to-day tracking.
• Support merchant-side operations communication including FAQs, Merchant University articles, training materials, external GTM one-pagers, notifications, outreach follow-ups, and basic data tracking.
• Assist in building operational mechanisms for marketing and platform campaign products, including SOPs, knowledge bases, training programs, and case study repositories.
• Coordinate with central platform, industry and product teams to collect FAQs, feedback, and progress updates, driving cross-team collaboration and improving internal efficiency and external support quality.
• Collect and analyze merchant feedback, participate in merchant interviews, summarize key issues and common pain points, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive optimization.
• Compile product adoption metrics, bottlenecks, key issues, and optimization recommendations during project execution, supporting weekly reports, post-mortems, and ad-hoc summaries.
