Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Management Project Intern for the US Shop Operations in Seattle. You will support seller onboarding, drive category growth, and assist livestream campaigns in a dynamic intern role.

The position offers hands-on experience with KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced tech environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have a strong interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and data analytics, with excellent communication

Responsibilities

Support seller onboarding and account management by assisting with onboarding of new breakers and tracking KPI metrics.
Drive category growth initiatives by identifying high-potential sellers and supporting category expansion strategies.
Support livestream operations and campaigns, including product launches and events.
Assist business operations by organizing Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and tracking KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing to improve seller experience.
