Progyny, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate to manage end-to-end production of email campaigns and push notifications, driving member acquisition and engagement.

You will develop and implement growth campaigns, align with KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with product initiatives. Responsibilities include campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, stakeholder communication, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience creating campaigns in SFMC, Braze or Marketo type platforms.
• Strong problem solving, project management, and high organization.
• Experience with QA processes and extreme attention to detail.
• Track record of growth campaigns in fast-paced environments with accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Excel with data analysis focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end production for email campaigns and push notifications.
• Develop and implement growth campaigns (email, push) aligned with KPIs.
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance; provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with marketing and product initiatives.
• Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in campaigns.
• Solicit requirements and assets from analysts for emails.
